[Corporate] Using Elhi EMT Android App

Elhi EMT (or Enterprise Management Tool) is a simple tool that connects with Elhi Device and allows teams to manage Elhi Devices. It is only available on request from the support desk.

EMT supports all the firmware above 0021-0400-0029-6.0/0021-0400-0029-6.0-BE.

Connecting to an Elhi

First, pair your Elhi with your mobile via Bluetooth. Then open the app and click on connect. This will open up a list of paired Elhi's. Connect to the one you need.

Once connected, you will be able to see "Connected to ..." on the top banner, as seen below.

Now you can Configure/Reconfigure and check Elhi Settings.

Configuring WiFi Settings

Elhi can be configured to a private or enterprise network (WPA/WPA2 Enterprise). The configure option can be used when you want to connect Elhi for the first time or when it's not able to connect to the existing network. In both cases, Elhi will be blinking blue.

Simply enter the settings as required. For a private network add SSID and Password and for an Enterprise Network add the SSID, WPA2 Username, WPA2 Identity (Optional), and WPA2 Password.

Click on the Configure button once you are ready. This will restart your Elhi. Please read the information provided in the app carefully.

Please Note: Elhi can only be connected to a 2.4Ghz WiFi AP. WPA2 Enterprise is supported with only TLSV1.0. Please check your RADIUS settings if Elhi is not able to connect.

Reconfiguring WiFi Settings

Elhi's WiFi can be easily reconfigured. This can be done only when Elhi is already connected to a network. In this case, Elhi will be showing constant blue or the user status (while connected to the computer over WiFi).

Simply enter the settings as required. For a private network add SSID and Password and for an Enterprise Network add the SSID, WPA2 Username, WPA2 Identity (Optional), and WPA2 Password.

Click on the Re-Configure button once you are ready.
