The updates can be BAU Security patches, custom feature updates, or generic bug fixes.  Update via Elhi Computer Application  If your Elhi is already connected to your computer over WiFi, you can easily update Elhi via the application. Once your Elhi is connected to your computer go to your application and open preferences.  Here you can see the current version of your Elhi. Click on the "Update" button. This will redirect you to our Update Website.  Follow steps 2 and 3. Since you will be getting the firmware from the support desk, you don't need to download the generic firmware.
