Connecting to an Elhi
First, pair your Elhi with your mobile via Bluetooth. Then open the app and click on "Devices" in the side panel. This will open up a list of paired Bluetooth devices. Connect to the one you need and return back to the main screen. Then click on the connect button on the top right as shown in the image.
Once connected, you will be able to see "Connected.." on the terminal, as seen above.
Now you can run specific BT commands.
BT CommandsWifi Configuration Command: Elhi can be configured to a private or enterprise network (WPA/WPA2 Enterprise). The configure option can be used when you want to connect Elhi for the first time or when it's not able to connect to the existing network. In both cases, Elhi will be blinking blue.
Create command strings as mentioned below. For a private network add SSID and Password and for an Enterprise Network add the SSID, WPA2 Username, WPA2 Identity (Optional), and WPA2 Password.
Private Network Command: SSID[?ELHI?]PASSWORD[?ELHI?]
Enterprise Network Command: SSID[?ELHI?]ELHIESCSEQ[?ELHI?]ID[?ELHI?]USER[?ELHI?]PASSWORD
Send the command. You will be able to see the response as "OK". Elhi will restart.
Please Note: Elhi can only be connected to a 2.4Ghz WiFi AP. WPA2 Enterprise is supported with only TLSV1.0. Please check your RADIUS settings if Elhi is not able to connect.
Wifi Re-Configuration Command: Elhi's WiFi can be easily reconfigured. This can be done only when Elhi is already connected to a network. In this case, Elhi will be showing constant blue or the user status (while connected to the computer over WiFi).
Just add an "r" in front of the wifi configuration command, as below.
Private Network Command: rSSID[?ELHI?]PASSWORD[?ELHI?]
Enterprise Network Command: rSSID[?ELHI?]ELHIESCSEQ[?ELHI?]ID[?ELHI?]USER[?ELHI?]PASSWORD
Send the command once you are ready. This will restart your Elhi.
Please Note: Elhi can only be connected to a 2.4Ghz WiFi AP. WPA2 Enterprise is supported with only TLSV1.0. Please check your RADIUS settings if Elhi is not able to connect.
Elhi Information Enquiry Command: Once an Elhi is connected, sending the information enquiry command will fetch the network and general details from the Elhi. This includes serial number, MAC address, firmware, WiFi information, and IP address. The information will be visible as seen below.
